The checkout review is your opportunity to confirm the chosen option, delivery destination and payable total. Keep the confirmation message for later delivery and support inquiries.

The following Terms apply when you use https://elvtixo.com/ and purchases from Elvtixo, operated by Beijing Shuozhicheng Technology Co., Ltd. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

1. Products and information

An Elvtixo product page describes the available item and its selectable options. Check measurements, the described contents and any care information before placing the item in your cart. Furnished scenes and other editorial images may contain objects outside the offer, and device displays can affect apparent colors. If a material error is discovered, we will explain its effect on affected orders and provide the options the law requires.

2. Orders, prices and payment

Your checkout details must identify a valid destination and a way to contact you about the order. Review the payable total, including store-collected taxes and the selected delivery charge, before authorizing payment. Receiving an order confirmation does not bypass payment, stock or security checks. If Elvtixo cannot supply an item you paid for, we will notify you and arrange an appropriate refund or lawful alternative.

3. Shipping

Orders normally require 1–3 business days to prepare after payment confirmation. Standard delivery is estimated at 12–15 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Available services, destinations and charges are determined at checkout. 4. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Email service@elvtixo.com within 48 hours of purchase and before dispatch to request a change or cancellation. We can act while fulfillment remains reversible. Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Customers normally pay return postage for a change-of-mind return; we cover reasonable authorized return shipping or provide another lawful remedy for an item that is defective, damaged or supplied incorrectly. Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, with additional bank posting time possible. 5. Accounts and lawful use

Keep any account credentials secure and use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders or interfere with the website. Contact us if you notice an error affecting an order.

6. Website content and third parties

Store branding, text, photographs and designs belong to their respective owners or licensors. Use of third-party checkout, payment, shipping or website services may involve those providers’ own terms and privacy practices. 7. Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes remedies for defective, damaged, misdescribed or undelivered products that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses not reasonably foreseeable or not caused by our breach, negligence or other legal responsibility. Disputes and remedies remain subject to applicable mandatory law.

8. Updates and contact

We may publish revised Terms for future orders. A revision will not retroactively remove mandatory rights for an existing order. For questions, contact service@elvtixo.com and include an order number when relevant.
