Order inquiries
Email service@elvtixo.com with your order number, the email address used at checkout and a short explanation. For an item that arrives damaged or incorrect, include photographs of the item and packaging where practical. Do not email full payment card numbers, security codes or account passwords.
Changes and cancellations
Please email us within 48 hours after placing your order and before dispatch to request an address change or cancellation. A request received within 48 hours may still be too late if fulfillment has already become irreversible. After dispatch, an eligible return may be requested under our Return & Refund Policy (https://elvtixo.com/pages/return-refund-policy).
Returns and registered address
